Laddu is a traditional sweet dessert from India. It is made by frying balls of flattened dough and then coating them in syrup.

Ingredients:


1 cup besan (gram flour)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1/4 cup ghee

1/4 cup milk


Instructions:


1. In a bowl, mix together the besan, sugar, and cardamom powder.

2. Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat, and add the besan mixture. Stir continuously until the mixture turns golden brown.

3. Add the milk and continue cooking until the mixture comes together in a ball.

4. Remove from heat and shape into small balls. Allow to cool completely before serving.

-Take ripe mangoes and extract its pulp by peeling off skin of the fruit and then cut it into small pieces. Take some sugar, jaggery to taste and cardamom powder to taste and mix them together in boiling water until they dissolve completely.

-Add this mixture to the mango pulp, stir well so that it blends well with all the ingredients and let it boil on medium flame for few minutes. -Once boiled, take off heat, cool it down for some time so that it becomes easy to handle before refrigerating it for 15 minutes or more before serving
